Mercedes Benz C-Class cars are a compact bundle of technology, safety and luxury. They offer excellent driving pleasure in conjunction with fuel economy.
The 2009 Mercedes-Benz C-Class adds Comfort Suspension for the C300 Luxury. New optional color interiors for C300 Sport and C350 Sport include Grey/Black and Almond/Mocha, and Burl Walnut trim is available. Technological upgrades include an available integrated compass in the rear-view mirror and the optional navigation system includes a larger 40 gigabyte hard drive with more space reserved for music and Zagat Restaurant Survey. A total of eight airbags are standard including new Pelvic airbags for front-seat occupants.
In two distinct models – Sport and Luxury – it offers both power and presence. The C-Sport Sedan incorporates aggressive AMG-style bodywork and a racetrack-tuned sport suspension. The C-Luxury Sedan boasts an abundance of passenger space and a refined ambience. Even roomier than it’s predecessor, the overall length has increased 3.7 inches, with 1.6 inches more shoulder room in the front and 0.9 inches more in the back.
Two powerful six-cylinder engines drive the C-Class, including a 3.0 liter V6 delivering a robust 228 horsepower with a 6-speed short-throw manual transmission in the C300. The C350 pairs a 7-speed automatic transmission with a 3.5 liter V6 producing 268 horsepower.
