mercedes-e-class

The Mercedes E-Class may have just recently been revised, but in its short term in India it has already won a lot of accolades and has the competition thinking.

The E 350 and E 350 CDI now get two completely new variants. First up is the E 250 V6 powered by a 2497cc V6 engine. The potent unit pumps out 204 horses and 245 Nm of torque, enough to propel this new variant to an electronically limited 250 km/h.

The E250 V6 is being offered in the Elegance trim with a 7G-Tronic automatic transmission and new 17-inch alloy wheels and is priced at Rs 41.13 lakh ex-showroom in Mumbai. Taking
the new E-Class’ USP of class-leading performance, luxury and value-for-money a notch higher is the diesel-powered version with a 2143cc inline four engine. The car puts out a whopping
500 Nm of torque and around 200 PS of power. The E 250 CDI BE is priced at Rs 39.87 lakh ex-showroom Mumbai.
