Background of the case
Sister Abhaya, daughter of M. Thomas in Areekara, in Kottayam District was a second year pre-degree student in B.C.M. College in 1992, at Kottayam, which belonged to the diocese of Kottayam and was a resident of St. Pius Xth Convent, which is situated within the city limits. The convent also provided lodging and boarding for university girl students. She was said to be of good habits, normal behaviour, maintained healthy and cordial friendship as per hostel rules and with all the inmates and absolutely had no mental disorder or any psychological aberration.
On 27 March 1992, in the wee hours of the day, she was found dead in the water well of the Convent. There was no convincing answer from any quarter for the mysterious death of Abhaya. What people gathered from the nuns of the Convent was that she may have committed suicide due to mental disorder.
Various investigations
Kerala police
Initially, the local police investigated the case wrote it off as suicide, based on postmortem report. It is widely believe that they are forced to destroy key evidences such as the nun’s clothes and other personal belongings during the investigation due to some forces were trying to influence the investigation. (Later, the former police official, who investigated the murder and closed it as a case of suicide, had undergone Narco Analysis test in 2007). During the initial inquiry, the postmortem, chemical examination and laboratory report also had been erased and then rewritten due to other influence. Reports also indicated that some laboratory officials did not willing to cooperate with police during the initial inquiry.
Crime branch
On 7 April 1992, the Director General of Police of Kerala directed the Crime Branch section of the Kerala police to take up the investigation due to relentless protest by the Action Council. The Crime Branch submitted its report before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (RDO) on 30 January 1993. However, as per the report, the Crime Branch had nothing more to say than what was explained by the local police as they too had reached the conclusion that she had committed suicide.
CBI
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), India’s premier investigating agency, started investigating the unnatural death of Sister Abhaya on 29 March 1993, under the direct supervision of its officer Varghese P. Thomas. He was then serving as deputy superintendent (DSP) of CBI. While the CBI investigation was in progress, the Superintendent of Crime Branch, K.T. Michael, who initially investigated and reported the death as “suicide”, obtained written permission from the RDO (Rural Development Officer) to take possession of Abhaya’s personal articles - her veil, chappels, personal diary and such other personal goods that are of high evidenciary value from the RDO court. The whereabouts of all those items which has been considered as critical evidences, are found missing now.
DSP’s controversial resignation
Surprisingly, on 30 December 1993, Varghese P. Thomas resigned from the service of CBI and from the investigation of Abhaya’s death. He had seven more years in service to retire. Varghese P.Thomas was a brilliant and honest police officer and for his meritorious services he was awarded the prestigious President’s National Medal. He had finally arrived at the conclusion that Abhaya’s death was a clear case of murder and he had recorded it as such in the CBI Diary. Subsequently on 19 January 1994, he called a special press conference in Cochin and announced that he had resigned from CBI as his conscience did not permit him to comply with a strong directive given by his superior officer, V. Thyagarajan, the then Superintendent of CBI Cochin Unit, who had asked Varghese P. Thomas to record the death of Abhaya as suicide in the CBI Diary. With this press conference, the case of Sr.Abhaya caught media attention all over India and the matter was strongly debated in the parliament as well as in the Kerala state assembly on several occasions.
Court criticizing CBI
The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) directed the CBI in its order dated 20 March 1997 to re-investigate the case. The court in its order strongly criticized the CBI for its loyalty and complicity to certain vested interests to defeat the ends of justice and the court observed that the CBI had not made party some very significant persons who otherwise emerged in the facts of the case quite evidently. The court also asserted its belief that the case could have easily been established had there been an honest and proper investigation. Further the court took very serious exception to the role of the Crime Branch officers, mentioning K.T. Michael by name for the distorted course of investigation from the beginning. The court has observed that certain “invisible hands” were still trying to scuttle the Sister Abhaya murder case observing that these forces were trying to influence the investigating agencies and the government officials.
Developments since 2007
A report stated that the original chemical examination report of the vaginal swab and vaginal smear of Abhaya has been found to be tampered with. The manuscript of the workbook report from the Chemical Examination Laboratory shows over-writing at four places. Using a whitener and different ink, the word ‘‘not’’ has been added to the word ‘‘detected,’’ so as to contradict the result for testing semen detection in vagina. Varghese P Thomas, who was the first to point to murder, said the post mortem and lab reports had ruled out rape, leaving no scope for suspicions on the veracity of the report.
According to the latest news CBI investigation has come to a conclusion that the Sister Abhaya was murdered according to a pre plan. They arrive to a point that Abhaya witnessed some thing happening illegal, days before her murder and this prompted her executors to terminate her to spoil that evidence. The crime was committed knowing that she will come to get drinking water from the refrigerator at early morning and it was done with the help of more than two people.
As part of its investigation the CBI has conducted a Narco Analysis tests on Fr.Thomas Kottoor, Fr. Jose Poothrikkayil, Sr. Stefy and a former police officer who may have some knowledge about the death of Abhaya. This last interim report filed by the CBI team captain SP R M Krishna before the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court on 11 December 2007 the team was still trying to unravel the mystery behind the ‘unnatural death of Sister Abhaya’. The report, submitted in a sealed envelope to Ernakulam CJM. It didn’t speak of any progress in the re-inquiry during the past three months.
2008
On January 11, 2008, the Kerala High Court directed the CBI to produce the result of the Narco-analysis test conducted on the suspects in the case in a sealed cover before the court within two weeks. The court further directed that no third person having any right of disclosure of the content of the results till the appropriate stage, other than the High Court. In this regard, the CBI submitted it before the court on January 21, 2008. The results were submitted in a sealed cover as directed by the court. In a latest press release the CBI confirmed that Fr Thomas Kotoor is proven as the murderer through the Narco Analysis Test but waiting for more evidence for the arrest to be made.
Present status
CBI arrested two priests, Fr. Thomas Kottoor, Fr Jose Puthrukayil and Siister Sefy on the 19th of November 2008. The CBI is convinced and the court has accepted that she was raped and murdered.

Catholic priests should be allowed to marry and lead a family life as ordinary men. Such crimes can be prevented if the law of catholic be suitably amended to have a provision of marriage for clergies.The sin they have committed is unpardonable and if found guilty they should be publicly hanged to death to make it a lesson for other priests whose hearts are filled with lust instead of love towards God and humanity. At last truth has triumphed over evil. Kudos to CBI and the noble judiciary.
Finally the truth won.However hard church tries, God will bring justice.

The church has acted against their responsibilities towards God and the Society. Remember Bible saying “He will show what is hidden in the dark and what is in everyone’s heart”. He has done that. Sister Abhaya’s spirit must have been guiding Jomon Puthenpurackal and The Court to bring an end to this uncertainity. Certainly is a lesson to all - Truth Never Dies. Let’s ensure to never let the culprits slip out in any event!!
Not only the guilty but all those who helped to cover up the case by destroying evidences must be meted out deterrent punishment. The police officials who tried their level best to protect the culprits must be put behind bars and the keys thrown in the arabian sea. Unfortunately public hanging is unlawful in our country but that is what they really deserve. They are supposed to be the arms of justice and their work was outright to prevent justice for the victim and her family. The politicians involved in covering up this crime must be named and shamed -not that it will make any difference. In our country it will be another feather in their dirty cap!!

Irrespective of any religion, fault is fault. The accused should be punished.
Due to this we can not say that catholic rules should be revised. In all the religions 99% people are good.
The fact that efforts to malign the probe was underway for more than 16 years itself is a great proof of how vulnerable and mendacious our judicial system is. It should be inferred that the powers that worked behind this vehement effort to wash away the truth is powerful enough even to influence a highly trusted organisation as the CBI. At this moment, the media as well as the authorities should be responsible enough not to stoke up any religious fervour or fanaticism based on the individuals who are convicted or arrested , since it is the individual who has commited crime and it is in no way related to any religious institution or its legacies.
Many priests takes advantage of poor nuns come from poor family of kerala. It is not good. They sholud safeguard morality but live without moral integrity. Shame to God’s Church. We afraid even children to go to presbitery. my God. Many presit are sexlovers and many nuns are thier victims. Even the bishop should be punished as happens in America. They only hide many case.
Punish the cop Michael who destroyed valuable evidences alongwith these three culprits, for whom nothing less than death sentence should be awarded, if not after 10 years or so in prison they will come out and will be welcomed once again by the church authorities

Let us wait, before accusing the Church, until they’re proven guilty in the court. It is unfair to pass judgement before we hear all the evidence including the defendents.

What a shame to the Catholic leadership of Kerala?! They had supported culprits responsilble for the murder of a brave and innocent nun for about 16 years!!Priests and nuns, must be allowed to marry as other common people.Most of the priests and nuns are living by suppressing their own sexual emotions.This is a very dangerous thing and this is clearly evident in Sr. Abhaya’s murder case.If the priests and nuns like to live unmarried, they must be given proper counselling and therapy occasionally to make them live innocently and happily throughout their life.It will be more desirable if psychology is made as a subject in the study courses of the priests and nuns. Keralites essentially need to be more conscious about their mental state like the people in other states of India. This will make their lonely life easier to live on.Ultimately, man must serve God not out of compulsion (especially from parents), but out of love for the Almighty.
Before law everybody is equal. Those who are given more, more is expected of them. Priests and nuns who have enough knowledge of morality and justice, and if the fence is eating up the fruit, it is terrible. If the 2 priests and the nun are the criminals, for fooling the believers, the justice and public, they should be given the greatest punishment that could be.
Religious communities often tag their members as mentally sick if the member oppose any of their wrong doings, and force them to go for counseling and psychological tests. This is a dangerous practice. So called superiors can easily destroy and even do cold-blooded murder, and then with their influence create a story of suicide. Thank God, nobody could bring such a history for Abaya
Kerala is a state with a lot of religious communities and priests. What is happening within these communities - is it all based on human dignity and justice. I think cases similar to abaya murder case, is a possibility in the convents and religious houses, and among priests.
It is a shame on the christian community (Nuns and Priests considered representatives of God!) to allow such obscenity to happen. Allowing priest to marr is not at all a solution. If they cannot control their lust there is no point in them becoming a priest at all. All the years of formation, theology and philosophy is of no use.
From the looks it appears that the 3 are accused in the crime. However many nun aspirants are facing a hard time in the convents. They are made to serve the superiors.Why are the priest making visits to the convents at odd time. The minds of the innocent girls are been brain washed. The court, human rights and the communist government can definitely investigate and do the needful. No more matryrs like sister abhaya.
The present CBI who have nailed the culprits should be awared with the highest civilian awards. They have accomplished their responsibility and done justice to their roles. Congratulations. Just because the culprits are priests, nuns does not mean that they can escape a brutal crime. What prompted the nun in the case is really surprising. Many more must have been involved. We see such things only in movies. But shocking that it happens in reality. They should be booked. It is very interesting to note that all hidden, notorious cases are exposed during the communist regime. Of course the communists only have the guts. They are not worried about the votes either. Definitely the secular and progressive forces are with them. The Communists are wary of the misdeeds of religious outfits. Hence they will always expose them.
Whether all of us believe the story or not, CBI is at the tip of the devious iceberg to unravel the truth behind the murder of Sr. Abhaya, which is the craving need of all, especially the family.
Firstly, with globalization of the economy, the missionaries who were running hospitals, schools etc became the default CEO’s of the institutions. Their natural affinity to the power houses have put them in situations of mutual need with the “who is who” of the society.
Secondly, this has changed the outlook of priests and nuns who lead a “hidden family lifestyle”. Every catholic family discuss within the four walls about the changing life style of nuns and priests over the lunch or dinner, though on the face of it people might oppose any views that tarnish the image of the church, however they are reconciled by the fact that the priest and nuns are capable of much more nefarious thoughts than what ordinary people can.
Thirdly and most importantly, they are human beings and will have all normal and natural psychological and physiological needs without any exception, which cannot be suppressed. The exposure to modern social life through media etc has easily stimulated the otherwise spiritually suppressed instincts, which manifest in different forms of behavior.
Lastly, there is huge issue of transparency in the internal organization system, every thing is a hushed up matter, right from their source of funds, to accountability and other.
Given these circumstances, it isn’t surprising that they have played a very interesting evil game for last 16 years. With no doubts, however late the long arm of the law is reaching to apprehend the real perpetrator soon.
THE PRIESTS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO GET MARRIED. I FEEL 90 % OF THEM ARE DEPRIVED OF SEX. IT IS NATUAL FOR ANY HUMAN BEING . ONLY 10 % MAY NOT WANT MARRIAGE. THERE ARE OTHER CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES OTHER THAN CATHOLICS BELIEVES IN MARRIAGE AND THE PRIESTS DOES NOT FIND ANY FAULT WITH MARRIAGE AND FAMILY. THE CATHOLIC CHURCH SHOULD REVIEW THE RULES . SUCH CASES ARE REPORTED AROUND THE WORLD. RECENTLY POPE HAS REQUESTED OPENLY TO PARDEN FOR THE SINS COMMIMTED BY PRIESTS TO SEXUALLY ABUSING CHILDREN.
IT IS A SHAME THAT , THE CHURCH AUTHORITIES TRIES TO PROTECT THE ACCUSED. COMMON SENSE APPROCH CAN REVEAL THAT THIS CRIME CAN BE DONE ONLY BY THOSE WHO RELATED TO THE CONVENT. IF IT WAS AN OUTSIDER IT COULD HAVE BEEN CRACKED EASILY. IT IS SURE THAT THE PERSON DID THE CRIME IS A VVIP. NORMAL CITIZENS CANNOT BE ‘PROTECTED LIKE THIS’ .
Are you people dumb or just plain ignorant? These three people are innocent. Maybe if people actually knew the facts they would realize how absurd this investigation is. First, CBI has been under immense pressure to find the culprits and now to save face they arrest three distinguished people. Second, all three people VOLUNTARILY took the NARCO test and PASSED. Third Fr. Kottoor was in America but came back to India to help with the investigation. Do you honestly think that a guilty person would do this? Fourth, CBI has investigated them for 16 YEARS but found no evidence but all of a sudden finds some evidence. Also the man that gave CBI the evidence was obviously beat and tormented to sign a confession stating that he saw these three there at the time of the murder. Let us find the real culprits. How about we start with the women that were in the hostel that night?
It is shame for the Church to protect such criminals in the name of God. Still they are trying to blame CBI - saying No enough proof. CBI arrested the 3 persons based on clear evidence and CBI knows it is a very sensational issue, if they arrest any one from clegy. This is not only a case in Kerala that Church is protecting the Criminals-like Mariyakutty case in 60’s. The soul of Abhaya will not pardon the Church.
The Local police,Crime brach corps. the Plolitician (s) also should be arrested immidiately, otherwise they will try to spoil the result of this inquiry.

Kochi : Finally Truth is out – Father Thomas Kottoor is the main culprit behind controversial Abhaya Rape cum Murder Case. The CBI report submitted the investigation report infront of Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate after subjecting the four suspects under Narco Analysis Test
Narco Analysis Test is a test carried out by injecting a person with hypnotics. It was through this test that the CBI got valuable evidences relating to Abhaya murder case.
The interim report of the Delhi Crime Unit of CBI says the final report will be submitted on June 4. The sources from CBI say that the defendants and the officers, who spoiled significant clues, including police officers, may be arrested after submitting the final report.
Father Thomas Kottoor is at present the Chancellor of Kottayam Diocese. CBI report shed light into illicit dealings happening in Convents and the role of Fathers like Thomas Kottoor in exploiting sisters to satisfy their sexual needs. A Nun who underwent Narco analysis tests is also involved in the murder.
Media activism which we witnessed in past few days to tarnish Hinduism in Santhosh Madhavan case is evidently not at all seen among our Medias to pen down the fact that their ‘Revered Priest’ is involved in this rape cum Murder of a Pre Degree Student Sister Abhaya

read the report and comments thereon. it seems nobody has cared to consider one fact,that, a criminal, whether a priest whatever be his designation, when come across with a witness or evidence, will try to finish it off., Here the cruicial matter is that the administrative set up of the state has done their best to save and protect the culprits. No one is bothered to enquire the role of politicians who has influenced the government and its officers to their advantage. BY arresting or punishing the culprits in this case or any other stray incident like this will not make any change in our society. because, the administrative system of the society is corroded, correded to the core. It is common man’s knowledge that the persons in the leadership of the political parties in india are having a royal life. At the same time they are not having any business or profession to prove their income or justify their way of life. whethere does this money come from ? the answer to this question is the answer to the question why it took more than 16 years to prove this case. What has happened to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty? There has just been an arrest - no one has been convicted. The truth will come out: these three people are not guilty. They have all volunteer their assistance and have fully cooperated with all investigations. A little more support from the community would be appreciated. What evidence is there?! None! Where is Fr. Thomas Kottoor’s constitutional protection against self-incrimination regarding the narco analysis being used to convict him?

- In Sr Abhaya’s case, Augustine is not the first person to meet an un natural death. I dont know why the CBI and media are not trying to unravel the mystery behind the death of Ravindran, an officer in the forensic lab, trivandrum, the person who is said to be the person who disclosed the fact to the world that Sr. Abhaya’s forensic test results were tampered with. Upon enquiry, a lady officer named geetha along with anonther one was suspended from service, was arrested, and case is registered againt her in the matter. Subsequently, Mr Ravindran and his wife were killed in a lorry accident when they were on morning walk. The investigating agency has committed a blunder by not providing adequate security a crucial witness like Augustine who is suspected to have molestered with the accused to destroy the evidences.
Going through the media reports till now, it is understood that Mr. Augustin’s body is removed from the place of occurence to conduct postmortem and other forensic tests. Even beofore the beginning of postmortem, wide publicity is given through media that Augustine has committed suicide. any delay in conducting the postmortem will cause the evidences, which are likely to prove the reason, manner and time of death
to disappear from the body.

Application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner apprehends that he may be arrested as an accused in the ill- famous Abhaya murder case. The alleged incident had taken place as early as on 27/3/1992. It is now concluded and reported to the court that it was a case of murder. But unfortunately, in spite of deployment of the C.B.I, the mystery of the crime remains unresolved. The petitioner was the A.S.I, who prepared the inquest report. He apprehends that the new investigation team which has now taken over and which has questioned him sufficiently by now, may arrest him leading to his unnecessary incarceration. The petitioner submits that he is absolutely innocent. He has only discharged his official duties. He has been questioned by a number of investigating officers by now. He has co-operated with the investigating officers to the maximum extent. In these circumstances, he may be granted anticipatory bail, it is prayed. After the discussions at the bar, B.A.No.3620/07 2 the learned counsel for the petitioner only submits that the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for C.B.I that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused even now, may be recorded and this petition closed.
2. That can of course be done. But the learned Standing Counsel for the CBI submits that the petitioner may not be permitted to arm himself with any order of anticipatory bail. The petitioner is shown to be responsible for some incorrect statements in the inquest report. The signatures of some persons are forged. He may have done these in an attempt to save the real culprits, whose identity is not ascertained so far. He has hence got to be interrogated thoroughly. I find merit in that submission. It is the need of the system and the polity that this crime, that had taken place about fifteen years back, must be resolved satisfactorily. Every serious effort must be undertaken to resolve the mystery in the interests of confidence of the polity in the ability of the criminal investigative system to ascertain the truth. The credibility of the C.B.I is also at stake. They must put in every serious and active effort to resolve the crime. I am not at all persuaded that it is necessary to permit B.A.No.3620/07 3 anyone to arm himself with an order of anticipatory bail which would impede the truth discovery process. I am, in these circumstances, satisfied that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail. I accept the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and record the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for CBI that the petitioner has not so far been made an accused; but his further interrogation/examination is necessary. I have no reason to assume that the special investigation team, which has taken over would abuse the right which they have under the code to question the petitioner in the attempt to discover and unearth the truth.

There are lot of arguments in this page, let us have a rational thinking about the issue. A policeman (Retired ASI), could not withstand the mental torture he underwent during these 16 yrs. What was his role, he did changes (false FIR)in the FIR. He committed suicide. Does anyone with common sense can ever think, two priests and a sister (COLD BLOODED MURDERS) could withstand the pressures of all these 16 years. Usually the police officers are living in a world where they require a great lot of will power, especially in a democartic country like ours. He could’nt withstand then how can three ordinary persons withstand (a lady too). Or does anyone think these three people were trained in some jihadi camps and mentally moulded so toughly to face these trials throughout these years after doing a cold blooded murder. Perhaps murders were their hobby since their early childhood. If we try to think rationally, we can understand, some are trying to make these three - scape goats, so that the culprits can escape. Why CBI is not trying to arrest Michael, the crime branch SP, who destroyed the things of Abhaya. The RDO who ordered for it. Moreover, remember, in a catholic environment, the priest, nuns and such others are under constant surveillance by the people of the parish (almost 90%). It is tough for a priest or nun to engage herself in any mal practices for long. Here two priest and a nun did a cold blooded murder and all the parishoners were sleeping???????????.
Remember friends, a convent becomes live at 4.00AM. Nuns will go to prayer at 5.00PM. How can a murder happen when so many are awake, and that too near the office of Malayala Manoramma. Many are awake and moving in the KK ROAD from 4.00 AM onwards
Someone shouted “bull delivered”, many are running to get rope to tie the calf. Many have passed resolution to marry off the priests and nuns of catholic church. This is like the case of Fr. Benedict Onamkulam, the innocent priest who was sentenced and later proved innocent. One year back the culprits decendents came and met father in the clergy house where he was resting to admit their crime. There were a gang of them including a doctor. Those people were constantly tortured by nature. Likewise after many years the orginal culprits will come whey they undergo cruel response from nature for generations.

If CBI questioned all hostel mates in that time or even now (may be they are different parts of the world ) they will get enough evidence to find the reality . Lot of us are quick to make erroneous judgment on the priests and the nun and the catholic church on the basis of sensational news report. please read the October 14th edition of “Kerala shabdam” which has articles directly from the highly qualified professionals who were initially involved with the case.They are N Thyagarajan,Superitendant of Police, previous Kochi CBI unit, Kunjumoytheenkutty IPS, Dr. C Radhakrishnan,police surgeon who did the postmortem ,Dr. Umadathan, chief, Forensic division.
It is sad to read about these priests being characterized as ’sexual psychopaths’. When Sr abhaya died both of these priests were professors at BCM college Kottayam, which is a women’s college.It is time some of their students and colleagues speak up about their professional integrity and character.

Mr. cyriac kandenkerril Please read the article came in Kerala sabtham Oct 12, 2008 edition to learn more about the early investigation of Abhaya case. don’t be a fool to pre judge these three as the criminals. you were not there in the investigation team. You heard conflicting news from media every day to get sensation. while Mr. Varghese P Thomas got some accammendations for his good works, he was also disciplined for planting evidence in two suicide cases he investigateed prior to Abhaya to make it murder case. Those cases were thrown out due to him. Mr. Thomas concluded this Ahaya cases also as suicide as per DSP thyagarajan but he requested DSP to delay the report to submit to director of CBI for unknown personal reason. This was not acceptable to DSP Thyagarajan. their conflict started from there. He was going to be fired but before that he asked for vol retirement. He then came out with this new theory of Abhaya’s possible murder. Now this is come to a rediculus level. Mr. Thomas is reportedly suffering from “Megolomia”. CBI is not going to find any one becaus no one killed Abhaya. There are so many statements from previous IPS officers, forensic surgeons, etc. Please take time to study. The CJM court is now forcing CBI to find the murderer of a case that was a suicide. Now CBI is forcing three innocents to admit that. All the people interogated by CBi disclosed that CBI is forcing them to lie. ASI Augustin wrote similar things in hs personal diary. Mr. cyriac use your common sense if you have that.

No one is saying Kottoor achan is a bloody cruel murderous fellow. Probabaly a kind person. However the circumstances as to why an educated, upright citizen would commit murder are very plausible. Being caught in sexual acts and the fear of being exposed for all the community probably put him in a panic state to take any action necessary – even if the action is murder. Catholic’s time for change the system
I was keeping silence. Really this is a shameful thing to our Knanaya community. For the last 16 years, our diocese is trying to support the culprits while declaring simply that the culprits should be caught. The authorities will never get support from Knanaya community. Those who are supporting are supporting for their existence .How many of us were fasting yesterday?
I strongly believe that God is righteous. If these three are innocent ,We should allow God to work. We will have 3 Knanaya saints . Dear Bishop Moolakatt, wash your hands. You are a clean Person. Don’t contaminate yourself by making unnecessary comments.
Really think the three accused have this much power to convince and manipulate former policemen, lab tchnicians, sophisticated truth machines,former CBI and NEWS MEDIA INVESTIGATION teams for the last 16 years ? With all the corruption in Kerala, and thier greed, money is the only thing that talks. How do these three afford it on their salaries ?
I just hope the truth is finally found out and not just trying to railroad the case to a finish.
