Director Blessy has brought in Bhoomika to play the lead in his new movie with Mohanlal titled ‘Bhramaram’. This is the debut film for the actress in Malayalam, though her Tamil movies dubbed in Malayalam has already generated a great fan following for her in Mollywood. The film is produced by Raju Mallyath and Zulfikar under the banner of Yuvan Entertainments.

The story is about an illiterate jeep driver. His character is unpredictable and changes from time to time. So as he does not have a name of his own, it also changes from place to place. He drives his jeep through all terrains and hairpin turns. The people who knows him well too could not understand him. Mohan Lal and Bhoomika are doing the lead. supported by Suresh Menon, Laxmi Gopala Swami, Murali Krishna, Jaya Lakshmi, Madan Babu, Baby Niveditha and others.

Mohan Lal sings a song in this film. ‘Annaara Kanna oodi vaa…”, in a scene with a little girl. The song is penned by Anil Panachooran and Mohan Sithara has scored the music.

The shooting for the film has already started at Kochy. This time Blessy will be telling the story of vengeance in the backdrop of high ranges, in a thriller format.
‘Bhramaram’ will be also shot at Munnar, Nelliyampathy, Marayur and Pollachy, in the following days and will bring memories of Thazhvaram and Kanmadham with its visual portrayal.
