As the son of superstar Mammootty, the entry into movies has been relatively easier for Dulquar Salman.

But he will have to live up to huge expectations, with his maiden release Second Show all set to hit the screens on Feb 3.

The actor, now busy shooting for Anwar Rasheed’s Ustad Hotel, is cool about all the attention that he is receiving.

“Such thoughts came to my mind initially but later I decided not to think about it,” says Dulquar.

He had surprised many when he preferred to make his debut with a fresh team, which includes the film’s director Srinath Rajendran.

According to industry insiders, Mammootty is keenly watching all the promotional aspects and is keen to have a warm welcome for his son, in Malayalam.
