Katrina Kaif recently fainted on the sets of a film because of low blood pressure.

The actress was shooting with Akshay Kumar and Akshaye Khanna for the Farah Khan film Tees Maar Khan at Malshej Ghats, a few hours’ drive away from Mumbai. As a source tells a tabloid, when Katrina fainted on the sets, a doctor was immediately called in from Breach Candy Hospital and Kat was attended to.

Kat has confirmed the news and is quoted as saying, “It’s okay, I just collapsed… It’s nothing serious… just low blood pressure because of the heat.” Earlier, she was admitted to the hospital because of stomach infection.

However, according to a source, “Kat has been shooting endlessly and travelling for her endorsement commercials and other film projects. She was immediately put on a saline drip and has further been advised strict bed rest.”
