Again the news is flowing from all corners that Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor are not in talking terms. They were quarreling incessantly for a couple of days . After the fight, Ranbir left for the shooting of “Rajneeti”.

The couple did not attend Karan Johar’s fashion show for which they were cordially invited. They were, however, seen together later in the evening at the designer, Shabina Khan’s bash. One could easily detect the stress in their relationship.

Deepika however feels that Ranbir is not committed towards her. An insider says, “Everyone knows that Neetu never really approved of Deepika for her son even though Ranbir tried and succeeded, to a large extent, to make his mom thaw towards his girl. The OSO girl felt that her beau wasn’t making a commitment to her, even though she was fully committed to the relationship because he was waiting for mommy’s approval.”

Every relationship goes through rough patches. The couple can’t blame each other for not being committed because there were instances when Ranbir drove miles to meet his ladylove , Deepika was shooting in Kajrat at that time. On the flip side, Deepika too covered miles to meet his prince charming, not once but twice when he was shooting for “Wake Up Sid” in London.

However, a friend of the actress says, “They are together. Fights happen in every relationship. This is the eighth time that everyone’s convinced they are heading for a split. But it’s all fine. They’ve patched up”.
