Siva Manasula Sakthi is a forthcoming Tamil film directed by Rajesh and starring Jeeva and newcomer Anuya Bhagvath, a student of Pune Film Institute, in the lead roles.

Youth comes with its own challenges and difficulties. Every young person is intrigued and piqued by the haunting question: Am I charming and attractive to members of the opposite sex? When these youngsters get recognition and appreciation from impressed onlookers, something forces them to contain their excitement. What is that strong feeling that wells up inside them? EGO! EGO, in a way means Edging God Out of oneself. When the strong consuming feeling rules one’s psyche, then all the rest gets forgotten. Siva Manasula Sakthi (SMS) deals with the war between ego and love. Which wins in the end? SMS has the answer!

“There are many contrasting facets of personality between a film’s character and the artist’s real self. As far as I am concerned, I shake off the screen character and resume my original self as soon as the director packs up the shooting. But my character in SMS has a lot of striking resemblance to my real-life persona. In fact, after E, I have thoroughly enjoyed my work for SMS,” says Jeeva.

Rajesh M. will wield the camera and the film Siva Mansula Sakthi will be produced by B. Srinivasan. Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music will drift throughout the film Siva Manasula Sakthi. Cinematography is by Sakthi Saravanan.

The film Siva Manasula Sakthi will be made under the banner of Vikatan Talkies who will be venturing into the filmworld for the first time.
