Thiruvananthapuram, Saturday 07 March 2009: The Valiyathura Police seized over 1,200 bags of rice, meant for public distribution system, which were illegally stored in a rice godown at Boatupura near Vallakkadavu here.

Acting on a tip-off, the Valiyathura Police inspected the godown of Siddique and found that several bags of rice were illegally kept in four lorries.
