New Delhi, Saturday, October 22, 2011: Delhi court finds prima facie evidence against all 17 accused, including former Telecom Minister A Raja, in 2G case.

Court allows CBI’s fresh plea to invoke charge of criminal breach of trust against Raja and two other public servants in the case.

Telecom companies Reliance Telecom Ltd, Swan Telecom and Unitech Wireless charged with criminal conspiracy and abetment in the case.

Court finds prima facie evidence against three top Reliance ADAG officials Gautam Doshi, Surender Pipara and Hari Nair for offences of cheating and abetment.

All 17 accused, including DMK MP Kanimozhi, seek time to peruse the court order before framing of charges.
