Kochi, Friday, November 21, 2008: The Defence Counsel has moved plea challenging the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate ruling that the three suspect arrested Father Thomas Kottor, Father Joes Phthrukayil and Sister Seffey by CBI in connection with the murder of Sister Abhaya may be send to CBI custody till December 2nd. The plea would be considered on Monday.
Meanwhile, rumours are high that the suspects may be bought to Pious X Convent in Kottayam for collecting evidence.
