Abhaya Murder: SC stays Narco test on 3 witnesses

New Delhi, Thursday, August 13, 2009: The Apex Court has stayed rule of sanctioning the Narco analysis test on three witnesses in the Sister Abhaya murder case. The Supreme Court Division bench DK Jain and HL Dattu also send notice to CBI seeking clarification on whether narco analysis tests can create health problems in the person who undergoes the test.

Earlier, the three women - Sister Sherly, Achamma and Thersiamma who were witnesses in the case, had approached the High Court and filed a petition after their plea of not being subject to the narco analysis test was turned down by the court of the here,

The court held that no material based on proper scientific study was placed to hold that the test posed a health hazard. the High Court rejecting the petition had asked the CBI to go ahead with the test.

Sister Abhaya was found murdered at St Pius convent at Kottayam 17 years ago. The CBI, which investigated the case had recently filed charge sheet against two priests and a nun — Father Thomas Kottoor, Father Jose Puthrikayil and Sister Sephy.

Fuck these 3 assholes in and out.Shame on entire christian community. Congrats to the new CBI team! The Narco analysis itself say that they are guilty. though i’m a Catholic Christian, these 3 elements must be given capital punishment.

To the Preists- HUMANITY DOES MATTER.NOT CHRISTANITY.

SURE IT SEEMS THEY ARE GUILTY,,, PUNISH THEM,,SO THAT THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY WILL BE OFF THE TAG ATTACHED TO THEM… LET IT BE A LESSON TO ALL PRIESTS.. THAT PRIESTHOOD IS AGAINST NATURE AND AGAINST THE CREATION OF GOD…ALMIGHTY. WHO CREATED EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD IN PAIRS… NOT AS SINGLES..WHEN YOU GO AGAINST NATURE,,, ITS A SHAME ON COMMUNITY…
