New Delhi, Friday, August 21, 2009: The Apex Court will hear a petition moved by CBI against Kerala High Court directive on the 17-year-old sensational Sister Abhaya murder case today.

The petition filed by CBI mainly demands scrapping of some statements made by the Kerala High Court against CBI while granting bail to the three accused in the sister Abhaya case.

The Supreme Court Division bench of DK Jain, and HL Dattu will also hear another petition moved by CBI challenging the transfer of the Abhaya murder case from CBI Delhi unit to CBI Kochi unit.
