Thiruvananthapuram, Tuesday 9 June 2009: The government here today said that no action would be taken against the unauthorized schools of the state. A decision was taken to grant time to submit application for the authorization during the talks held between State Education Minister M A Baby and the managements.

Deputy educational directors have been entrusted for further proceedings. Following the decision, the minority educational protection panel has decided to stop the agitations.

The government had earlier directed to file FIR against the unauthorized schools.
