Wayanad, Saturday 08 January 2010: The All India Youth Federation (AIYF) State committee has demanded the resignation of K.G. Balakrishnan from the post of Chairman, National Human Rights Commission.
Speaking to media persons here, K. Rajan, State secretary, AIYF said that Balakrishnan must resign in the face of allegations raised against him while he was the Chief Justice of India. Rajan said that if the chairman was not ready to resign, the President should impeach him. .
