Thiruvananthapuram, Tuesday, November 30, 2009: Sabarinath, the alleged multi crore money swindler, who is at present out on bail, has once again hit headlines after he was caught with a girl from a house near south Kalady here today.
The arrest was made after locals informed police when Sabari along with two other friends were found with a girl under suspicious circumstances. Fort police have registered a case of immoral trafficking against them under section 366.
Sabarinath along with other arrestees would be produced before Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial magistrate Court tomorrow.
According to reports, the girl is a plus two student, all four has been sent to medical examination.
The 21-year-old mastermind behind a Rs 500 crore financial fraud walked out of jail after spending 13 months in jail after the court gave him bail in 32 cases. He is alleged to have swindled more than 3,000 investors through his share broking firm.
