New Delhi, Thursday, August 21, 2008: The Delhi High Court on Thursday held RK Anand and IU Khan guilty in the BMW case expose by a private channel that showed nexus between defence, prosecution lawyers and a witness.

A Division Bench headed by Justices Manmohan Sarin and Madan B Lokur has barred senior advocates Anand and Khan from appearing in all Delhi courts for four months.

They can practice legal consultancy, said the Delhi High court.

Anand and Khan were the defence lawyer and special prosecutor in the case, respectively.
