Kochi, Sunday, March 14, 2010: Bomb detection squad has been deployed in Oberon mall at Edappally and GCDA shopping complex at Menaka in Kochin city, after a bomb threat came in a media office. The report was that there would be a blast at the malls within Wednesday.

The city is under tight security vigil following the instructions from Centre Ministry of Defence due to the intelligence report, of the city being on the list of targets of terror attack.

The authorities told that, the security vigil would continue till Monday. The source of the report would also be thoroughly checked, authorities added.
