Thiruvananthapuram, Friday, April 16, 2010: Court has allowed the police to conduct a lie detection test for Rajashekharan Nair, who was arrested for placing crude bombs inside the Kingfisher aircraft. Court also denied the bail plea of Rajashekharan Nair.

Crude bombs were seized from an aircraft of Kingfisher airlines, which had arrived from Banguluru to Thiruvananthapuram airport on March 21st. The bombs were found wrapped in a Malayalam newspaper from the cargo section, when the cargo was being removed, after the passengers had vacated the aircraft.
