Mumbai, Wednesday, September 21, 2011: In a major setback for the Kochi Tuskers Kerala team of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Bombay High Court has rejected its plea against cricket the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
On Monday, the BCCI terminated its franchise contract with the Kochi Tuskers Kerala citing ‘irremediable breach of agreement by the latter’.
