Kannur, Tuesday, November 10, 2009: Beaming over his success in the bypolls, AP Abdullakutty said that he would mark his success as the victory of truth. He thanked the UDF members who had worked for the success.

Hitting upon LDF, Abdullakutty pointed out that the bogus voters would be in trouble and he expressed pity on them. UDF’s success had marked the fall of LDF in Kerala, he added. UDF’s victory was the people’s verdict against the CPI(M)’s politics of violence and attempts to subvert democracy. He said that the UDF would bring to book all those who used fake residency certificates to get into the electoral rolls.

Meanwhile, K Sudhakaran MP expressed his joy over the success and that the victory was the result of unity in UDF. The bypoll results indicate that people are keen to protect democracy, he said.
