Munnar, Thursday, 9 September 2008: Clearly indicating that he is not happy with the second phase Munnar eviction drive. Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan during the cabinet sub committee meeting said the officers have made serious lapse on their part by evicting the Chokkanadu Estate before the survey process was done. And also giving eviction notice to small encroachers who held land less than 5 cents at Devikulam came under strong criticism.
