Kochi, Thursday, November 24, 2011: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has today submitted a First Information Report (FIR) in connection with irregularities in the appointment of teachers at the Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachar Sabha in Kochi.
The CBI has registered a case against administrator Biju C Valluuvanadan, intermediary Saji and Priya. This is the first case being registered against irregularities in the Hindi Prachara Sabha. The case relates to accepting bribe and appointing 4 persons to the teacher’s post.
Tuesday investigation team has uncovered a 35 lakh misappropriation conducted in the PF fund.The money collected to be deposited in the PF fund was not being remitted in the PF but being used for personal benefits.
