Kochi, Friday, October 31, 2008: As per Kerala High Court direction the CBI Delhi unit will handover all files and reports related to Sister Abhaya’s murder to CBI Kochi unit today. DYSP RK Agarwal will personally arrive in Kochi to handover the files to DYSP Nandakumar who will be in charge of the probe from here onwards.

The court would consider the case on November 3.

Sister Abhaya was found dead in the well of the St Pious Convent at Kottayam in 1992.
