Kottayam, Sunday, April 04, 2010: Laha Gopalan, the Convenor of Chengara Samara Samithi told that the agitation would continue till their demands are not met. He added that they would not clear out from the encroached land and wont leave their huts till the State government approves their demand.

Laha Gopalan, told ACV News that they have lost faith in all the parties, and also that they would continue with their strike as their demand of giving one acre of land to the landless was rejected. He added that the parties are making the Dalit leaders to fight between each other and thus by fulfilling the parties’ needs.
