Thiruvananthapuram, Saturday, January 9, 2010: Former Alappuzha MP KS Manoj said that, the clash between religious faith and party ideology resulted in his resignation from the party.
Manoj said that, the party must explain about, weather a party activist can go to church and follow the rituals of religion.
The Communist party Had lost its democracy and sympathy to the poor people.
Manoj added that, like him, there are many religious followers in Communist Party and they are also expressed their anxiety in the stand of the party, regarding the religious faith.
Manoj, the local committee member of Thumboli gave his resignation letter by fax to local committee secretary and to Alappuzha District secretary
