CM apologises, plays blame game  

Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday, December 03, 2008: has finally rendered his apology to slain major Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s family.
“I deeply regret my comments,” he said.

“If my comments have hurt Major Unnikrishnan’s family, I’m sorry,” he added.
However, Chief Minister did not forget to lash out against the Opposition leader Oommen Chandy he said, the Opposition leader was trying to misquote his statements.

Earlier today, Achuthanandan spoke before the Kerala Assembly amidst immense pressure to quit for his comments. He said that his comments were misinterpreted and that he was quoted out of context.

    Why for apologises!
    CM, you are correct for some extent, for not full.
    Main causes for these chain of terrorist happenings are demolision of babari masjid and unsolved Kashmir problem.
    These things hits towards political leaders of this country.

    If the CM is wrong, then who is right? Politicians pls. do not try make fools of the public. You are voted to power because of our helplessness, nothing else. Have you seen the playcard carried by the protesters in Mumbai - Dog preferred to a politician. Do not bark at an nonexisting moon. You are paid a good salary to do your job in the Assembly. We the public do not even give you pass mark for your deeds. Neither we, nor the Major’s family need apology from any of you guys.
