Thiruvananthapuram, Thursday, October 15, 2009 : Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan has sent a letter to Prime Minister asking for the re-examination of the decision to import genetically altered seeds.
In the letter,the Chief Minister has conveyed his disagreement over the decision. Genetically altered seeds should not be imported for the next fifty years, the Minister stated.
