Thiruvananthapuram, Tuesday, October 27, 2009: Question paper controversies takes a new turn as the KSTA took back plus two political science papers from schools today. The question papers were taken back as they were leaked prior to the exams and were of controversial nature.
Question numbers 7,9 and 18 in the question papers were suspected to be of controversial nature. The questions mainly tried to glorify Communist party in India by demoralizing Congress. KSTA realized the sensitive nature of the questions and took back the papers immediately.
A question for the plus-two mid-term exam asking students to write a critical letter about the prominent coverage given by media to the death of Congress leader Mercy Ravi, wife of Union Minister Vayalar Ravi, has sparked strong protests from various quarters.
