Thiruvananthapuram, Saturday, October 03, 2009: Finance Minister Thomas Isaac alleged that the highest rate of corruption and bribery has been reported at Amaravila check post.
The check post has been notorious for corruption and bribery since long. The officers and political leaders are associates in corrupting the check post, Minister pointed out.
Minister also added that four tax officials in the Amaravila check post would be suspended with immediate effect.

If the Minister really wanted to stop the bribery
he can appoint a young, trustworthy Vigilance Officer. The Minister should moniter and ensure that no hiher officials or political leaders are not interfearing in the activities of the Vigilance Officer. Do you have the courrage Mr.Minister?
