Kollam, Tuesday, February7, 2012: The five day State conference of the Communist Party of India will begin here on February 7 with the hoisting of the party flag at the Cantonment Maidan by the senior party leader Veliyam Bhargavan.

General Secretary AB Bardhan would inaugurate the three-day delegate meet on February 8, at the Kollam Town Hall. The delegate meet would be attended by 527 delegates from various districts and 31 state committee members.
