New Delhi, Thursday 19 August 2010: Delhi Metro Chairman E Sreedharan informed that new draft plan would be submitted for Kochi metro project. The cost would be raised from 3000 crore to 5000 crore. He added that the urban Development Ministry would submit the revived draft plan to the planning commission.
Sreedharan expressed hope that the project can be implemented with the co-operation of central and state governments.
