Kochi, Friday, August 13, 2010: The Ernakulam District Court today revoked the bail for Kari Sateesh, the second accused in the Paul Muthoot murder case. Kari Sateesh was earlier taken into custody on charges of assaulting and threatening Tony (Rameshan), who is the 12th accused in the Muthoot murder case.

Sateesh was taken into custody on the basis of a petition filed by Tony’s wife, that Sateesh had threatened and attacked them for giving statements against him in the Muthoot murder case, in the Court. CBI had earlier filed a plea in the Court seeking revoke of the bail issued to Kari Sateesh in Muthoot murder case.
