Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday, 08 February 2012: Director General of police (DGP) Jacob punnoose today said that he would examine the issue after the probe report on 50 people participated in a rally in military uniform at Kanhagad on February 5. Meanwhile Jacob punnoose directed kasargod police to investigate this incident.

Yesterday Police registered cases against about 50 people for participating in a rally in military uniform at Kanhagad.

Police said the action has been initiated against the youth for wearing military clothing to participate in Milad-e-Sharief rally organised by the local masjid committee.
