Thiruvananthapuram, Sunday, February 05, 2012: The Crime Branch anti-piracy cell on Saturday arrested three persons and seized several pirated CDs of latest Tamil, English and Malayalam movies from the city premises.

Following reports about circulation of pirated CDs and DVDs in the city premises a police team headed by Anti-piracy cell Superintendent Rajpal Meena conducted raids in the Medical college, Ulloor, Vattiyoorkkavu and Poojappura areas.

The police team also seized several pornography CDs during the raids. Those apprehended have beeen identified as Saleem (54)-native of Beemapally, Rasheed (38)-native of Muttathara and Anaz (24)-native of Aruvikkara, police told.
