Thrissur, Thursday, August 05, 2010: DGP Jacob Punnoose today told that the State would send a special team to Delhi to probe into the source of two forged letters send in the name of the Chief minister and the Home minister to the union home ministry. DGP added the Centre has sent a copy of the letter but the State would demand for the original one.

Jacob Punnouse asserted that the Karnataka Home Minister V.S Acharya’s argument that the Kerala police had not provided any help to the Bangalore police was baseless. He also said that the allegations, that the State police was trying to sabotage the probe in to the hand chopping case was not true.
