Thrissur, Friday, April 01, 2011: Opposition leader Oommen Chandy has today said that the fear of defeat had gripped the ruling CPI (M). The act of destroying the venue where AK Antony was to speak in Kannur is a classic example of this, stated Chandy adding such acts cannot be justified at any cost.

He urged the election commission to deploy central force in Kannur at the earliest. Chandy stated that he won’t file defame petition against KK Ramachandran Master since he belong to the same party. He challenged Ramachandran Master to present available evidences regarding Titanium scam to the investigating officials.
