Kochi, Friday, March 26, 2010: The National Investigating Agency informed the CBI court in Kochi that Shammi Firoz arrested in connection with the Kozhikode twin blast case on March 3, 2006 has confessed to the crime. They said two more persons have to be nabbed in connection with the incident.

The remand of ninth accused identified as Yousuf has been extended to April 9. Nazir and his aides received help through Mohammed Fahad, a Keralite and a Pakistan citizen.
