Flight controversy: Case deferred  

Chennai, Wednesday, December 24, 2008: The flight controversy case in which former PWD Minister and Kerala Congress (J) chairman PJ Joseph was involved has been deferred to 28th January.

PJ Joseph today appeared before Sri Perumbattoor Court.

The case, which was earlier underway at the Judicial Magistrate Court in Alandur, was transferred to Sriperumbudur Court.

Former Public Works Minister P.J. Joseph had to resign from the State Cabinet in the light of Inspector-General of Police B. Sandhya’s probe report which confirmed a complaint against P.J. Joseph that he tried to outrage a woman co-passenger’s modesty on board misbehaved with while flying from Chennai to Kochi on August 3.
