New Delhi, Saturday, July 17, 2010: Union Minister of State for Forest and Environment Jairam Ramesh today told that the functioning of the Mangrove theme park at Pappinisseri was purely a breach of law. He added that it was a pure violation of the Coastal Conservation Act.

Minister Ramesh expressed that instructions had already been given to stop the functioning of the park and that strict action would be taken incase of flouting the rules.
Jairam Ramesh was replying to the questions raised by the media.
