Kollam, Friday19 Dec 2008: Rail services were disrupt for nearly four hours after a goods train derailed in Kollam. The train derailed between Mayyanad and Kollam at 2 am early Friday morning.

The trains going to Thiruvananthapuram were halted at Kollam and the ones going to Mayyanad were stopped at Thiruvananthapuram. The services resumed by 7 am in the morning.
