Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday, March 10, 2010: The Kerala government is all set to handover a fresh letter reprimanding Tecom to start the works related to Smartcity project.

The draft of the letter prepared by IT secretary has been handedover to Chief Secretary. It is learned that, the Cabinet would discuss the matter after which it would be handed over to Tecom authorities.

The government in its letter has said, the Tecom would have to face legal wrath if it does start work immediately and the government would look for fresh investors.

Sources say that, the decision to send a letter to Tecom was made by government after Advocate General CP Sudhakar
