Thiruvananthapuram, Monday, July 12, 2010: The Kerala State Home minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan today told that the State government would ask the NIA (National Investigating Agency) to probe the train sabotage attempt in Nilamboor. Minister Kodiyeri was replying to the adjournment motion moved by the Opposition on account of the increase of terrorism in the State.
The state assembly had decided to discuss the adjournment motion moved by Aryadan Mohammed of the Congress on the increase of terrorism in the State. The adjournment motion was moved in the Assembly on account of the cases like Nilambor train sabotage attempt, attack on Newman College lecturer, finding of explosives in Mavelikkara.
