Thiruvananthapuram, Monday, March 22, 2010: Travancore-Kochi Devaswam amendment bill would be tabled in the House today. The new bill proposes to increase the number of the board members from three to seven.

Also if the bill amendment is implemented the government could reevaluate any decision taken by the board. Communities including NSS have come forward in opposition to this amendment bill.
