Kochi, Sunday, August 29, 2010: The NIA counsel today informed that there was no need to reexamine the NIA’s decision, not to probe the hand chopping case in Moovattupuzha. SP Unni Raja had earlier informed that the hand chopping case has been registered according to the schedule offense charges.

SP had affirmed that the NIA could take over the case if the Central government would grant permission to do so.
