Kochi, Monday, November 03, 2008: Even before the CBI Kochi unit began its investigation on Sister Abhaya murder, the Kerala High Court has expressed its strong dissatisfaction over handing over the case to an officer of DySP rank. The High Court maintained that the CBI should have entrusted a senior officer for the probe. The Court has also asked DySP Nandakumar who is in charge of the case at present to appear before Court tomorrow.
