Thiruvananthapuram, Tuesday, August 11, 2009: Coming out of the litmus test today regarding the HMT land deal State Industries Minister Elamaram Karim said, with the Court’s verdict on the sale of the deal, finally the truth has come out, he added that, the Court verdict is the proof that all allegations against him was false.
Meanwhile, the Bluestar Realtors informed that, the future course of action in connection with the Cyber City project would be decided after the board meeting.
The petitioner, state human rights protection center secretary Joy Kaitaram who had filed the PIL in High Court said, they would soon move Supreme Court against the verdict.
The Kerala High Court had cleared the deal today saying it could not find any flaws behind it or corruption regarding the deal.
