Kottayam, Tuesday 16 June 2009: Homeo doctors in the state will stage a march to the Collectorate and observe a dharna before the Secretariat on June 18, demanding the withdrawal of a Government Order (GO) permitting persons 21 years of age to practice homeopathy.

The agitation was supported by the All Kerala Homeopathic Coordination Council.

Joint Action Council leaders Dr T N Parameswarakurup, Dr Binoy Vallabhassery and Dr M R Gopalakrishnapillai said the agitation would be intensified if the government was not withdrawing the GO.
