Thiruvananthapuram, Wednesday, October 28th 2009 : Following controversies in the plus two question papers, Education minister, M.A Baby informed that the Higher Secondary Directorate would directly prepare the question paper’s for the plus one and plus two examinations.

Responding to the question paper controversy, the Minister said that the whole issue was politically motivated. The questions have been prepared based on NCERT’s study materials and textbooks, the Minister added.

Following the allegations of derogatory remarks made on the late Mercy Ravi in a plus one-question paper, the Minister sought an inquiry into the issue. The higher secondary director submitted the inquiry report to minister today. The report has demanded proper action against the responsible officials.
