Thiruvananthapuram, Thursday, February 9, 2012: Higher education secretary on Thursday sought an explanation from VA Arun Kumar in connection with the illegal foreign trips conducted while serving as IHRD Director.
Arun Kumar was asked to submit an explanation within 15 days.
